Punjabi Riviera is the world's first ultra-luxury A2 dairy café and private membership brand. We source raw A2/A2 Holstein milk from our own estate farm in California — pasteurized daily, bottled in bespoke handcrafted glass, and delivered every morning to an exclusive circle of founding members.

Our A2/A2 Holstein milk comes from our private estate in New Cuyama, California. Every drop is ours — grown, processed, and bottled under our own roof.

The Estate

New Cuyama Reserve

Our private estate is located in New Cuyama, Santa Barbara County, California. Every element of the farm operates entirely under our own management — our own staff, our own standards, our own vision.


Every morning at 3:30 AM, milking begins. By 4:00 AM our refrigerated truck departs for Beverly Hills. By 6:30 AM the milk arrives at our Rodeo Drive flagship. By 8:00 AM it is at your door. From estate to glass — under 5 hours.
